In the Ninja Menus's backend interface, create a submenu then click on the pencil button.
We will only talk about the Submenu tab in this case. If you select the Mega Submenu Type, it will display like this:

Set the position you want to display your submenu and it’s children.

If choosing Center, the submenu will be shown right under the parent. Plus, it makes a straight column with its parent.
